Speak Spanish The Easy Way
Written by MichaelZ on September 2, 2010 – 2:07 am -The goal most people have for learning Spanish is being able to speak with others. That being the case, you should avoid spending lots of time worrying about reading and writing Spanish. To learn conversational Spanish should be your overriding goal.
I hope it is clear as anything that the more direct way to learn conversational Spanish is to go and have conversational interactions with others who already know the language. Some might say that this is one task easier said than done, and with good reason.
If you live in community where there are not many native speakers of Spanish, you will have a hard time finding another who can serve as your conversational partner. Even if there are an abundance of native speakers around, you might be understandably shy about approaching people you don’t know for this purpose.
One excellent way to pick up conversational Spanish is to locate other people who are studying the language and offer to partner up with them. The catch with this is that, in order to really benefit, you need to partner with someone whose own Spanish ability is more advanced than yours; in this way they can “bring you up” in your own skills. However, in such a case, you will not be helping them much as far as working on their own Spanish conversational ability.
With all that in mind, I advise finding a Spanish conversation meet-up group as soon as you can. No doubt many of the individuals you will find in the group will be at your skill level, but chances are the coordinator will be a native speaker or at the very least a fairly advanced student.
In a college town you may be able to get up with groups of students who meet with their professor, usually in a restaurant or similar public venue, to work on their Spanish. In my experience, groups such as these will almost always welcome newcomers to join|pull up a chair and join] them. Just send an email to the Spanish faculty at your local college or merely ask around, and you can usually find a group meeting somewhere that will gladly have you sit in with them.
Getting together on a regular basis with people who are working toward the same object, in this case to improve their abilities in speaking the language, is the best means to acquire conversational Spanish — firmly supported by at-home study employing a tested instructional course from the Internet or from your local bookstore.
Spanish can be fairly easy to learn. It doesn’t matter if you flunked it in school, or you believe that you have no language ability, you can learn to speak Spanish.
You will discover a great many resources for learning Spanish if you just look for them. Nothing really worked for me, though, until I came across the unusual method presented at http://www.spain-living.com. As incredible as it might sound, with this technique you can actually learn to speak Spanish naturally and confidently in as short a time as 2 months!
Best wishes on your Spanish conversation efforts. Very soon you will find yourself easily holding up your end of the conversation when speaking this wonderful language with others.

Rocket Spanish Review - Scam or not?
Written by MichaelZ on October 22, 2009 – 5:50 am -This course deserves a score of more than five out of five, if it was the logical way to go then I would give it more.
Do you really need to learn Spanish?
This is the 3rd most widely spoken language in the world, it is a very popular choice. Carry on reading if you have made your mind up that you want to learn Spanish in a rapid and easy way.
I have taken to writing this Rocket Spanish review because I have a lot of experience with Spanish courses and I think that this is the number 1 all round course.
It claims to be able to teach average people to speak Spanish in only 8 weeks and, this is no idle boast. If you have got the time and inclination to put in, as well as a good learning speed this course is a very effective one. If you don’t have the time to completely immerse yourself, or you’re not in a hurry, you’ll have to give this program just a little longer to deliver.
I have tried many other courses and this one really seems to do the trick for me personally.
So many of the other Spanish learning programs have not quite fitted in with my preferred learning methods, or just didn’t suit me in some way.
I just can’t sing the praises of this course highly enough, it is well constructed, easy and practical from the outset. I have some very grateful friends who I pointed in the direction of this course a while ago because they needed to learn Spanish quickly. Every bit of feedback I’ve had so far has been good.
Rocket Spanish Review.
This has been thoughtfully designed in such a way to carry us on rapidly, from beginner words and phrases directly to improver level spoken Spanish, right up to advanced fluency. Designed by Mauricio Evlampieff, a native of Chile who so obviously adores his culture and mother tongue, to push the learner to want to continue.
I was very eager to move on to each new stage of the course. If you want to learn more about the person read the Mauricio Evlampieff review I’ve put on the Spanishmoment.com website. Mauricio Evlampieff Review.
All of the audio, text and software classes can be studied as separate units and yet compliment each other when linked together. Whatever age or stage you are at in learning, Rocket Spanish will suit you.
I have heard some courses over the years where the voices really grate on me, like nails on a chalk board, but I can promise you the two voices on this course are pleasant to the ear, smooth and silky, they never made me want to switch off at any time.
For a product of this kind it has definitely got the best quality to price ratio I have seen ever.
If it was priced five times what it is it would still be well worth it. They are so confident that the course works there is an 8 week money back guarantee. So you have 8 weeks to decide if it is the right program for you, and to see if it works for you!
You can’t lose when there’s a 6 part mini course you can try totally free before you even consider purchasing the full program. In my honest opinion these are an ideal introduction for a novice, and I can practically guarantee anyone trying it will have a taste for more.
And to finish off this Rocket Spanish review the course comprises -
