Gaming At Home or Out On the Town

Gambling and gaming have become more and more accessible to the general public over the years as more and more games are made available for people to play. What was once confined to a purely gambling hall experience is now something that has come into the forefront of the public awareness, both due to the rising televised profile of certain forms of gambling, and to the loosening gambling restrictions in many States across the country. A perfect example of the rising public profile is the televised poker events which have become among the most popular non-traditional sports programs broadcasted on the sports networks. This has lead to an ever increasing popularity and population not only at poker rooms in casinos across the country, but also at other table casino games as well.

Of course, the rising notion of gambling and gaming as a recreational activity has not confined its impact to the card rooms and blackjack tables of the casinos. A facility like the Suquamish Clearwater Casino has seen an increase in attendance and player activity across the board, at all of their games. The best thing about the larger casinos like this is that they offer a great deal more than simply table games, for those who prefer more traditional games of chance. Roulette, craps and, of course, slot machines and video lottery terminals are among the most popular places for patrons to park themselves at these facilities.

For other people, the actual act of going to a casino or gambling facility is not as appealing. The noise and atmosphere that is a part of the total package at these places is appealing and exciting for some, but for others it seems loud, and possibly frustrating. This is especially true amongst people who lead regularly hectic lives and would rather enjoy their time off in a calmer environment. For those people though, there are still ways that they can enjoy the thrills that accompany gaming in its various forms. One of the most popular ways to do so is of course through any of the State Lottery Associations. The Super Lotto is among the more popular of these types of games. These games are convenient, tickets can be bought almost anywhere, and they have a large thrill factor, because the potential prizes are many times what may even be won in a casino, making for an exciting home gaming experience.

Something to Jump On: Casino Bonuses Galore…

Written by MichaelZ on July 15, 2009 – 3:10 am -

Online casinos have been flooding the online world lately. It seems that they have been trying very hard to attract more and more players to test their luck at their online casino.

Each online casino tries to outdo their competition by creating new and better promotions to catch a player’s attention. One of the most popular promotions being used right now is the bonus casino money. These promotions offer depositing players match bonuses of 20%, 50%, 100% and even higher of free money to use in that particular online casino.

When you take advantage of an bonus offer at an online casino there are restrictions that are put in place. These restrictions are to prevent a player from depositing their money, getting the bonus, and then withdrawing their money and the bonus without wagering a single dollar. Some casinos require that the player wager the value of the bonus money a number of times before being allowed to cash out the money. Some casinos will also require the player to wager the bonuses on certain games.

Games like baccarat, craps, roulette and blackjack generally do not qualify for the bonus play through rules. The bonus offer attracts two types of players. The first type of player uses the bonus to play longer, take bigger risks and have a lot of fun playing different casino games they would not normally play if they were wagering their own money. The second type of player is known as a bonus hunter. The bonus hunters deposit just enough money to get the maximum bonus, play through the minimum requirements, withdraw all their money, and then move onto the next casino.

Online Casinos are always on the lookout for bonus hunters and when they are caught their bonus privileges are usually revoked.  Download your free software from Online Party Poker, Online Roulette Free or Online Roulette Gambling.

Enjoying a Good Game of Keno from the Comfort of Your Home or in a Real World Casino

Written by MichaelZ on July 10, 2009 – 1:10 pm -

Keno is a game of chance that has a rich and illustrious history. The keno game that we are currently familiar with has undergone remarkable changes since its original inception. Gambling historians have traced its roots as far back as 200 B.C. to a Chinese form called ‘The game of the White Dove.’ It is well-documented that a form of keno was played in a bingo-like format on the eastern seaboard right around the time of the massive Chinese immigration during the gold rush. Have you tried online keno? Playing at an online casino the is a lot nicer experience than going to the casino these days.

In its contemporary form, keno is something like bingo in that both keno games are based on numbers. Just as with online keno, an individual keno card comes with 80 numbers and the player can pick as many as he or she wants. This is done by circling or otherwise marking them with a pencil or pen. Once the player has picked the numbers, he / she must bring the card back to the clerk at the keno booth. The clerk will then issue a receipt after recording the player’s numbers. It’s up to the player to redeem any winning ticket before the next round begins, so stragglers need to stay alert. Slightly different though when playing at an online casino given that you are playing on your computer.

When the maximum number of keno games (matching the number of tickets) is finished, the player can redeem any winnings and avoid the peril of a void ticket. Another option is the ’stray and play’ ticket, which usually documents 30 or more keno games. Unlike standard keno tickets, the “stray and play” doesn’t have to be redeemed immediately and is often good for up to a year after purchase. Note, all this is for offline keno. The online keno game is a bit different.

More information is available via Keno Software, Keno Download or free blackjack download.
